Mary, Kathy, and Joe Kirn

Mary and Joe are holding one of Dale's "Torky" planes.  Dale designed and kitted under his mail order business of Kirn-Kraft.  Kathy is holding a Goldberg, "Lil Wizzard" plane.  All planes were .049 powered Cox engines and all three kids could fly them.

Teresa and Joe Kirn

This picture was taken at Interstate Electronic where Dale worked for three years.  Joe taught Teresa to fly the Buck Roger's "Starfighter".  This plane was designed by Dale for Cox.  This picture was taken in late 1981 or early 1982.
